Terms of use

These terms cover using Kitchen Corral at kitchencorral.com and in the Kitchen Corral apps. Kitchen Corral is run by Ervolina Marketing (“we”). “Your company” means the dealer whose account you sign in to. By using Kitchen Corral you agree to these terms. If your company has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

1. Accounts

Your company's admin creates the accounts and sets each person's access level. Keep your password to yourself and tell your admin if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in.

2. Your company's data

Jobs, files, photos, orders and figures your company puts in belong to your company. We hold them only to run the service for you, as the privacy notice describes. An admin can download a full backup at any time. If your company stops using Kitchen Corral, we delete its data within 90 days of a written request.

3. Connected services

An admin can connect services such as QuickBooks Online. Connecting one lets Kitchen Corral read from it on your company's behalf; for QuickBooks we only read, and never write to your books. Your use of those services stays under their own terms. An admin can disconnect any of them in Settings at any time.

4. Using it fairly

Don't use Kitchen Corral to break the law, to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, to upload anything harmful, or to overload or probe the service. We can suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we'll tell your admin why.

5. Checks and suggestions

Kitchen Corral checks orders, compares documents, converts cabinet codes and totals figures to help you catch mistakes. It is a second pair of eyes, not a guarantee. Your company stays responsible for what it orders, quotes, installs and bills. Figures read from QuickBooks are only as current as the last refresh.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kitchen Corral running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and as available, without a promise that it will never be interrupted or be free of errors. We improve the service over time; if a change takes away something your company relies on, we'll tell your admin first.

7. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or the cost of a reorder, and our total liability is limited to what your company paid us for Kitchen Corral in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending

Your company can stop using Kitchen Corral at any time. We can end the service for a company that breaks these terms, after telling its admin. Sections 2, 5 and 7 keep applying afterward.

9. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top, and we tell company admins before a change that matters takes effect.
